- Removed overgrown bushes in the front yard
- Removed rocks in the front and planted grass to the sidewalk
- Removed overgrown tree on side of house (on corner by bedrooms)
- Removed pine tree in back of house
- Removed train rails used as retaining wall
- Built up dirt around house to slope away from house (in back by garage)
- Removed rotten/unsafe deck
- Replaced garage door opener furthest from house
- Replaced locks, repainted & resealed door from outside to garage
- Replaced front storm door
- Trimmed pine trees in back
- Cut back over growth on back side of fence (cut back about 10 feet from fence)
- Removed antennae from roof & installed cable
- Put in patio out side of walk-out door
