 We moved in September 2005.  Since then we have completed the following: 

• Replaced forced air heat (energy efficient)
• Installed Central Air (energy efficient)
• Replaced dishwasher
• Replaced garbage disposal
• Removed wall paper in dining room
• Removed wall paper in kitchen
• Removed wall paper in bathroom
• Painted kitchen neutral
• Painted living room neutral
• Painted dining room neutral
• Painted hall & entry neutral
• Painted bathroom neutral to match tile
• Painted bedroom with brown carpet neutral
• Painted top 1/2 of bedroom with blue carpet neutral to match wall paper bottom
• Replaced wall border in bedroom
• Painted lower level family room, hallway, entryway & bedroom neutral
• Installed bedroom door in lower level
• Replaced baseboard in bathroom
• Replaced toilet in bathroom
• Replaced sink faucet in bathroom
• Replaced tub faucet & shower head
• Tore down existing tile in bathroom (tub surround)
• Installed three piece tub surround in bathroom
• Sanded & refinished vanity in bathroom
• Installed programmable thermostat
• Removed door at bottom of stairs & opened stairwell
• Replaced smoke detector
• Replaced light fixtures in dining room, entry way, hallway, bathroom & bedrooms
• Installed additional railing & stained to match (was unsafe)
• Fixed electrical outlets in living room, dining room & master bedroom
• Installed laminate hardood floor in kitchen
• Added insulation to attic throughout home
